When Simon Gault returned to New Zealand after working for extended periods in Italy and France, his greatest frustration was not having access to the high quality products he had taken for granted in Europe.Gautl’s Deli was born out of a need to source premium quality foods to supply restaurants and the New Zealand market. Over 20 years later Gault’s Deli continues to supply many of New Zealand’s top restaurants and today these goods are available to you both in-store and online.
