H2R was established in 2004 by Eugene Ng and Jane Walker. We wanted a business that was 100% locally owned with 100% of profits going back into the local economy. We wanted a business that was simple and easy to navigate with a flat structure and none of the politics and bureaucracy of the global companies we used to work in. Today, we have over 50 staff with offices in Auckland and Wellington. Eugene Ng and Jane Walker are still our Directors alongside Tina Ng who was appointed as a Director in 2021.
