Hospice Shop, Takapuna

Harbour Hospice* provides specialist, palliative care for families and whānau living in the Hibiscus Coast, North Shore and Warkworth/Wellsford communities. We provide compassionate care, free of charge, working with patients, families, whānau and carers in their homes, and within our three hospice sites. From nursing and medical care, counselling, social work, cultural and spiritual support, physiotherapy, day groups, training programmes and more, our goal is to help people live every moment in whatever way is important to them.
