Cottrell & Ross started out in the 1950s as Bill Cottrell Car Painters, a family-run auto paint workshop. Bill Cottrell, the original owner, soon went into partnership with Clive Ross, a long-time employee, and together they successfully grew and evolved Cottrell & Ross into a thriving Whangarei business.
