Planscapes are experts in resource management, land surveying and land development. We are a consultancy that is based in Nelson and provide service principally but not exclusively to the top of the South Island. We offer property development advice, assist in obtaining resource consents, prepare private plan changes and submissions to Council Plans, are involved in all facets of land subdivision and building set out, and provide land development engineering design and construction supervision.
