The Auction House

The Auction House has been nestled in Invercargill ever since its opening in 2018. This place has been built on so much history. Todds Auction began in 1865 selling livestock and horses. It passed through four generations and held its last auction on the 27th February 2016 after 151 years. Paying homage to the heritage of the original site, certain elements from the existing building have been retained and repurposed. For instance the centre planter box is encased in wood from the original auction house stage. Years later we have built this cozy establishment that highlights our passion for market-fresh ingredients, honest cooking, and an enjoyable atmosphere.
