THE MAKEUP ARTIST

Hi, I'm Zoe, a Wellington Makeup Artist who has been freelancing for the past few years. ​​From early on I enjoyed art/drawing and eventually ending up studying Design at Uni qualifying with a Degree in Illustration. After a few years as an Illustrator, I decided I much preferred painting on faces than computers, moving from one canvas to the other having never looked back! ​​In 2018 I foundered THEMAKEUPARTIST&CO. where I work amongst and manage a carefully curated team of bridal and special event makeup and hair specialists. ​The majority of my work focuses on weddings with a sprinkling of commercial, TV and theater in-between.
