All of our dishes, cooked on the Vesuvian stone, using dry fiore di latte mozzarella with fresh milk and vegetables and the best italian cured meats guarantee a unique and inimitable tasting. Always attentive to quality, we look for the very best Italian suppliers, mostly from Calabria.
