Our journey began in 2016 with a commitment to crafting fresh, high-quality food for our catering business. From the start, our philosophy has been simple: to make everything in-house, giving us full control over quality, presentation, and flavour. This dedication led us to expand, opening Suburban Eatery in Leeston, followed by Urban Eatery and Urban Espresso locations in Cashmere, Barrington, Moorhouse, and Rolleston. We are excited to announce more sites are opening soon.
