I could’t do all of this without this chick. She even takes care of my needy dog (Brisket) when I go to work! She is on the left side of my brain and works super hard at everything she does. You will see her slinging coffee in the Cafe a few days a week. But mostly she is your fabulous host, cocktail maker & keeper of Bella over at BambuchiSan, our sister restaurant.
