At Mataura Butcher Shop we are Proud to be a locally owned and operating family business , formally the Alliance Butcher Shop. We have three generations regularly working together with John Duffy ( Chris's Dad ) making traditional small goods and bacon, Chris adding a modern twist and kids Katie and Jake helping out before and after school. We operate a busy retail shop with a wide variety of quality Beef, Lamb, Pork, Chicken products with the addition of honey, garlic butters, sauces, bread and milk. We provide a FREE daily delivery service to Gore & Mataura areas. We are a registered Homekill and recreational catch service provider which means we can process your meat and pack it to fill your freezer.
