Two Silver awards were gained in 2011 followed by Bronze, Silver, and Gold awards in 2012. Rodney Harkness, owner and director of Epic Homes Limited is a Registered Master Builder and has been building new homes since 1996. After an early career as a Cabinet Maker Rodney formed RH Builders and then in March 2004 created Epic Homes Limited.
