Wanaka’s only dedicated butcher, we offer prime meat cuts - beef, lamb, pork, chicken and venison - from premium South Island suppliers, including locally-farmed, grass-fed beef and lamb.We make all our own smallgoods onsite with award-winning sausages, smoked bacon, ham, salami, bier-sticks, jerky, biltong and other smoked products.Our retail shop is open 6 days a week on Reece Crescent, not far from the centre of Wanaka.We make the best Christmas ham you'll ever eat!We are a licenced homekill butcher and can turn homekill animals and recreational hunted game into prime meat cuts and smallgoods.
